I'm a Pilates instructor, Personal Trainer & Sports Massage Therapist

I offer one to one, two to one, & small group classes & no two classes are ever the same! 

My job is to provide you with the tools you need to identify and achieve your goals  - to get stronger, fitter, more flexible and enjoy the process!

About me

I'm a level 3 qualified personal trainer, gym, Pilates and TRX instructor and a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).  


I am a qualified sports massage therapist (Level 3).


I have suffered injuries through participating in various sports over the years - including to my knees and to my lower back.  After operations and physio I have trained my way back to full mobility and fitness.

I am committed to working with my clients to achieve personal health and fitness goals - whether they are to get back to fitness post injury and physio rehab; to lose fat and tone up or to achieve a greater success in a particular sport.  

I devote a lot of time to increasing my understanding of the human body, movement and developments in training methods. 

I gave up my career in the City to focus on my passion: My role now is to share the knowledge I gain with you, to help you to be the best you can be, no matter your age or current level of fitness.




Cardio Fit

Your focus is on increasing your cardiovascular fitness - increasing the efficiency of your heart and lungs.

Recovery to full fitness

Following surgery and or a completed course of treatment with a medical professional, physiotherapist, osteopath, you are looking to continue to full fitness.

Fat loss, muscle tone

You want to get back into the shape you remember - lose fat and gain muscle definition.

Sports massage therapy

You have a musculoskeletal injury and are wondering if sports massage therapy might help.

Mobility & flexibility

Your aim is to feel less stiff, move with more ease, strengthen your core.

Healthy eating & nutrition

You would like help keeping to a healthy and nutritious food plan, to encourage fat loss, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, Type II diabetes, other related conditions.
